1. Design & Prototype
Designing products using Computer-Aided Design and Drafting software applications like Autocad, Inventor. Rapid prototyping by 3D printers.

2. Machining Services for example:
Gears, Sprockets, Valves, etc that are manufactured by CNC Turning Centers, Vertical Milling machines, Horizontal Milling machines, Grinding.

3. Manufacturing of Plastic components.
We Design, Manufacture and Supply fully finished production.

4. Manufacture of Moulds to Manufacture Plastic Components:
We Design, Manufacture the Moulds required for the production of the Plastic Components. Based on the production quantity the Moulds will be manufactured economically.

5. Manufacture of non-ferrous metals (Grey Cast Iron / Aluminum / Bronze / Brass ) Components:
We Design, Manufacture Pattern for

• • Aluminum Gravity Moulds for Motor Enclosure, Panel Box Cover, Sand Replacement Set etc.,

6. Fabrication of Steel Products:
We Design, Manufacture to ensure a smooth Production of Components. We employ CNC Laser Cutting, CNC Turret Punch, Cnc Press Brake Machines, Rolling, Deep Draw process, Tig welding, Mig Welding

7. Final product Protection from Rust:
We provide Powder Coat, Epoxy Coat, Zinc Plating, Nickel Chromium, Hard Chromium, Hot Dip Galvanizing, Peel-able Rubber Coating as protection from Rust.

8. Packing of Products:
The Products are Packed in Stretch wrapping Film, Heat shrink Film, Hd / Ld Cover. We screen print to our client’s specification.

9. Carton and Wooden Packing:
The Carton Boxes are made to the client’s design. The Export Wooden Crates are water tight and made to client’s specifications.

We are not brand owners of the products that we manufacture. The products that we make are the property of our Clients.

Manufacturing
All the products are manufactured as per ASTM, BS, EN standards. With the optimal use of modern designing Software’s like Autocad Inventor, EdgeCam, the products are designed and interpreted for the various manufacturing operations. The usage of CNC Press Back, CNC Band Saw machine, CNC Laser Cutting, CNC Turret punch, CNC Turning Centers, EDM Wire Cutting has further aided us in delivering the products on time and with the desired Quality finish.
